Flexure-testing machine 300 kN for steel fibre concrete and hardened concrete

Machine structure

- Torsionally rigid press frame with 4 columns that have been clamped without play

- Dual action testing cylinder with long piston stroke in servo slide quality, mounted on the upper cross beam

- A directly activated servo-valve is installed on the test cylinder in order to ensure rapid and highly precise procedures during testing

- An anti-rotation protection system prevents turning of the piston rod with the upper bending beam and the load cell

- Adjustable bearings are installed in the testing zone. T-shaped grooves enable simple and accurate adjustment of the bearings

- The upper bending beam can be very simply converted from a 3-point to a 4-point testing configuration

- The power drive and control system are located in a separate control cabinet
